Description of the process data
Process data are the elements, which can describe a project from various perspectives and at various points of time. There are various types of process data, which can be often implemented.
Milestones: | Project section with data, description and status |
Team: | Combination of teams at the respective point of time |
Event: | Extraordinary events, which affect the project flow |
Plan: | Start- and End time, Time and Money budget |
Status: | Current status of the project with progress and status light colour |
Feedback: | Feedback of the customer about the current project |
Priority: | Current priority of the project |
Notes: | Other information about the project at the X point of time |
All process data can also be planned as follow-ups for the future. Authorized user is informed, if needed.
