Activities
Times, were worked on a project, are booked under activities.
Each employee can book many activities. An activity is identified by a project, an area and an area of expertise. Here the duration and a subsequent description also come into picture, as to what exactly has been done and date, when it was done. Customer data is determined through the project allocation and classification.
Activities are maintained by each project employee.
