Traffic light logic and warning system

Without warning system, we may lose the overview of the number of projects, which are partly big or small, important or of second priority.

 

Thus a simple display of projects is offered with a traffic light system.

 

All projects, which are Red, have concrete handling need; they are a bit inconsistent and need attention.

Yellow projects should be observed and Green projects are running well.

 

In an overview, all the projects are displayed in such a manner, that the projects requiring immediate attention are distinguished. Traffic light system shows the current status of a project. If the schedule of a project is not adhered to, a warning is displayed. Even budget and time exceeding are also highlighted.

 

Furthermore the users with corresponding authorizations are displayed according to the Login, critical instructions and warnings. If needed, warnings can also be sent by mails.
