Project controlling

Data are to be always seen in temporal context. A project, which is running bad in the starting phase, can also be successful at the end. The only thing it needs timely reactions and counter steering. All required data are also made available by projectfacts in temporal context. Thus, multiple status reports can be entered, for which the multi project manager can see the latest status of each respective project in an overview. All status reports can provide important information about the flow during the analysis of individual projects and deliver important knowledge about good and not-so-good measures. Basis for modern management methods such as "Best Practice" and "Learned Lessons" can be practically displayed.

 

Elements, which have to be seen in temporal context, are:

Milestones, Team, Plan, Status, Feedback, Events, Notes, Priority

 

Besides time recording by the employees themselves in projectfacts and entry and exit calculations are considered, so as to meet project success requirements.
