Project scheduling
Planning of projects is the basis for successful project management. First of all it is differentiated between various project types. Whether it is an external fix-price project or is it an internal project with definite duration.
Multiple project types can be opened in projectfacts to ensure these requirements. In the project type, it would be determined, e.g. as to how is it settled, fixed price or by efforts, standard settlement rates or the project ID generation or the number of allowed projects per customers.
In this way, it is possible to generate following project type structures:
Main projects: Projects with Start and End date
Effort projects: Variable Projects, which are calculated by efforts
Day-to-day business: For each customer, there is a project day-to-day business, on which everything, which cannot be settled, is booked.
Besides the project types, following data can also be determined during the planning:
Project start, Project end, Responsibilities, Time Budget, Money Budget, Income forecast, Priority, Team combination, Category, Persons concerned, Keywords, Milestones, Description.
These data must not be fully filled. In the practice, it is often so, that planning is an iterative process, that means the plan data is completed during the selection process.
