Your benefits with projectfacts
The existing tool no longer met our requirements. In 2015, we therefore decided to look for a new solution that would meet our diverse requirements, be easy to use and, last but not least, economical. We found it with projectfacts. A web-based tool that makes our daily work easier in many ways.
For the efficient and effective processing of orders and reporting of project expenses through to invoicing and commission accounting, everything is now handled in projectfacts. The upstream quotations and offers are still in an old system, but will be integrated into projectfacts in the near future. The ticket system is currently being introduced, which will provide us with optimum support in terms of service management. During implementation, it should be mentioned that missing functions are added very quickly by “5 Point AG”, so that the solution can be optimally adapted to individual needs. The only fly in the ointment is the reporting system, which we, as a specialist for consulting and needs-based implementation of comprehensive BI solutions, consider to be rather cumbersome and not flexible enough.
Overall, however, we can say that we made a good choice with “projectfacts” and in this context I would particularly like to emphasize the fast, friendly and competent support provided by “5 Point AG”.
