Creating Bookmarks in projectfacts
Create bookmarks, so-called "Bookmarks", in projectfacts for more efficient working in the software.
Bookmarks with projectfacts
Having the right information at the right time is often the key to success. To find what is relevant to your work more quickly, you can extend your navigation interface in projectfacts with self-created bookmarks. On your home screen and in almost all modules, you can put together your dashboard to your liking and thus shorten your workflow.
How to create your bookmarks
Directly in the bookmark area
When you hover your mouse pointer over a bookmark area, a plus button is displayed. You can use this button to create a bookmark.
In the following window you can define the type of your bookmark. Whether an urgent ticket, an important report or an external URL — everything is possible here.
The bookmark star
In many windows you will find an action bar in the upper right corner. There you will find the bookmark star, which allows you to quickly and easily set the current page as a shortcut.
From the search
On the right-hand menu bar you will find the “Global Search” under the magnifying glass icon. Here you will also see the elements you have most recently used. Via drag & drop you can drag these directly into the bookmark area, quickly and easily creating a shortcut.
Customise your bookmarks
Label your bookmarks as you wish, give them different colours and assign them a suitable icon. In future, you will navigate more precisely and quickly thanks to your individual bookmark area.
