How the conversation works

No standard pitch and no slide deck. We look at your specific case and tell you honestly whether projectfacts fits, and if so, how things continue from there.

  • You briefly outline your starting position, and we listen and ask questions.
  • You get an honest assessment, even when it is once 'does not fit'.
  • If it fits, we prepare your trial account and show you the solution for your specific requirements in it.
  • After that we hand over the access details for the trial, during which we are happy to support you free of charge if you wish.

No preparation is needed; you are welcome to simply come and listen. If you want to make the most of the meeting, it helps to have one or two processes in mind that are currently awkward. They show most concretely what projectfacts can do, and where its limits are.

Frequently asked questions before the meeting

How long does the conversation take? Usually around 30 minutes. If your questions need more time, we take it, but it should not overrun. The point is to give you clarity quickly, not to fill your afternoon.

Is the meeting really free? Yes. The conversation is free and non-binding. There are no costs and no automatic follow-up appointments.

Will I get a sales pitch? No. We go through your requirements and give an honest assessment. If another solution suits you better, we will tell you.

Do I need to prepare anything? No. Having one or two concrete processes in mind that are currently awkward makes the conversation more productive, but it is not necessary.

Who should take part? Whoever knows the requirements. Often that is one person, sometimes a small team from the department and IT. Both work.
