Create a Project from a Ticket

Convert tickets directly into a project. With the ticket system from projectfacts, your project management becomes more efficient.

From Ticket to Project

In the course of a ticket communication, large work orders sometimes arise that should no longer be managed through a single ticket alone. For this case, a project can be created from a ticket with just one click.

The information from your ticket is carried over and you are able to define capacities, plan budgets, and specify the time schedule. You can continue the communication via the ticket, but manage the resulting task within a project. For example, a change request from a customer can be integrated into an existing release project.

To do this, simply click on the action box within the ticket. In the window that opens, you will find the option to create a ticket project under “Management.”

You can assign the ticket as a work package or sub-project to an already existing project, or create it as a new main project. You can also add a budget and an assignee.
