Customer Management – Also in the Home Office
Manage your customer data in a digital customer file. With the online CRM system from projectfacts.
Access to customer data and other important information is the key to success for many companies and employees. Especially when work has to be done outside the office, the concern about not being able to access urgently needed information is significant.
Whether you are on the road, abroad, or working from home — in a worst-case scenario your return flight gets cancelled and you are stranded on an island. Your loved ones will wait for your return, but your work will not. With an ERP system, the latter is no longer a problem, as you can access all data even with a smartphone. You remain able to act, no matter where you are.
Currently, many employees are working from home. For many, this happened very suddenly and setting up a system through which all information is accessible to employees presents companies with major short-term challenges. To prevent this from happening in the future and to allow customer data to be accessed from anywhere, we recommend a CRM system such as projectfacts.
What makes projectfacts special?
projectfacts does not only contain the standard contact details of your customers such as names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers — it is much more complex and comprehensive. The system provides you with a clear overview of all the organisations and contacts you have created, filterable by specific criteria.
Discover all key information at a glance
In your digital customer file you will find more than just contact details. In addition to basic information such as customer numbers and organisation charts, you can assign key account managers and store customer-specific notes as service hints.
The centrepiece of the customer file is the timeline. Here, all transactions and elements relating to the customer are listed in chronological order. Whether tickets, documents, projects or appointments — the entire contact history of your customers is recorded and usable. This overview gives every employee quick access to the information they need about the customer. There is also the “recently edited items” section, in which individual element types are listed in a filtered view. Here you will find the most recent tickets or projects created for the customer. With one click, you can also expand this brief excerpt into a list of all elements. This allows you, for example, to get an overview of all projects for a customer.
Files in view
Important files that have been added for a customer can also be found quickly here. These can then also be viewed by authorised employees. Uploading files in projectfacts works simply via drag and drop.
Keeping track of contacts and organisations
The benefits of the customer file apply to both organisations and individual contacts. The timeline of a person is limited to transactions and elements that are explicitly associated with that person. The timeline of the organisation brings together all information from the individual employees and thus gives you quick access to all knowledge about a customer.
