E-invoicing made simple and straightforward
In preparation for the upcoming end of the year and the associated mandatory e-invoicing requirement, all areas relating to e-invoices have been optimized and made more user-friendly. With the new system improvements, both the sending and receiving of e-invoices are now enhanced for all users.
Sending E-Invoices
Sending e-invoices has been a standard feature of our system for some time and has now been revised and optimized. Several quality-of-life improvements have been made to the e-invoice creation dialog, including the addition of relevant fields. Further measures have been implemented to better ensure that all data is document-proof. A new dialog has been added that now visualizes the data of your e-invoice more clearly. The measures described contribute to error prevention and minimize the reasons that could lead to your e-invoice being rejected.
Receiving E-Invoices
Receiving e-invoices is a newly added feature in the system. This is straightforwardly possible via the corresponding ticket. A dialog box will appear there, allowing users to create attachment invoices. E-invoices are sent to you by email. From this email, a ticket is created with the option to generate an e-invoice from it. All relevant data is extracted from the incoming invoice. The appropriate document with the extracted data is then automatically generated and saved in the system.
Direct Transfers
With the new version, it will also be possible to settle e-invoices directly and carry out transfers quickly and easily. By scanning a QR code with your smartphone, the transfer data is transmitted directly to your bank’s mobile app. To complete the transfer, you simply need to confirm it.
