A New Free Service for Our Customers

As a loyal customer of projectfacts or teamspace, you are certainly familiar with our usual support channels. You can reach us by email or phone if you have questions about how to use the software or encounter technical difficulties.

We are now offering you an additional level of service with a new format. The free support consultation starts on April 1, 2025 (no April Fool’s joke 😉 and is open to all existing customers and interested prospects. It takes place every Tuesday from 2 to 3 pm via Microsoft Teams. You can log in on the following page in our Help Center!

The Idea Behind the Support Consultation

The consultation is designed to give you the opportunity to ask general questions about processes, best practices, and software features. You do not need to register in advance. A consultant from our team will lead and moderate the meeting. They will be available for your questions, but they are not your only point of contact. On the contrary, you are encouraged to engage in conversation with other participants as well! The experiences of other users of the system can be very enriching for your own work.

To keep our discussion as open and relaxed as we all hope it will be, the format is guided by the following principles. We ask all participants to keep these guidelines in mind when joining the session.

Some Guidelines for Constructive and Productive Interaction

Topics

The consultation is intended as an open discussion circle around your business processes and the software. We ask you to only bring up content-related usage topics — no contractual matters, bug fixes, or process consulting. Please understand if a consultant does not address a topic, for example because it is too specific or too complex for the setting.

Data Protection

To ensure your confidential data remains confidential, we use exclusively a designated sandbox during the support consultation. This is a system pre-configured with demo data. In your own interest, we always recreate scenarios in this test environment — never in your production system.

Time Frame

The support consultation starts at 2 pm. If no participants are in the meeting 10 minutes after the start, we will end it. The consultation runs until 3 pm at the latest. Anything that cannot be resolved within this time, we are happy to follow up in a separate meeting. We make every effort to ensure that all participants have an equal opportunity to speak and present their concerns. That said, we cannot guarantee that every topic will be addressed. In the interest of fairness, we therefore ask you to prioritize your concerns and give other participants a chance as well.

Our Playground: The Sandbox

Sandboxes are not only popular with children. They are also widely used in the IT world to test things in an isolated environment. From now on, a sandbox is also available to you in our Help Center. It is a teamspace Enterprise system filled with a set of demo data. We use it in the consultation to illustrate features and processes. However, you can also use the sandbox independently by registering on this Help Center page. You will then receive access credentials valid until the end of the respective calendar week. Within the system, you have the freedom to try out features and processes. Your data is only visible to you and will be deleted on the night before the next Monday. This way you can test safely without affecting your production system.
