Better mapping of meal allowances
Under the cost types you have the option to continue entering the flat rates for meal allowances as usual. In addition, two further mapping options are now available to you:
If your employees each receive an amount that exceeds the statutory allowances, you can store this in the field “Optional surcharges to the tax-free amounts”. This option refers to a fixed taxable amount that is added to the tax-free allowances used.
If your employees always receive a fixed final amount, the input field “Optional deviating fixed payout amounts” generates the taxable additional amount depending on the allowances used. Here the final total is therefore stored.
