Pricing Structure for Our Customers from 1 January 2024
Prices change – and so do those of projectfacts. Read all the changes now!
With projectfacts we strive to make your working life as pleasant and productive as possible. To achieve this goal, we continuously develop the software and enrich it with new features and functions. Numerous satisfied customers encourage us in this endeavour.
As a result of rising costs and in order to continue to offer our customers a high level of support and service, the price for a new projectfacts licence has been raised to 29 euros per month over recent years.
We have until now excluded our existing customers from this price adjustment. Unfortunately, rising operating and personnel costs compel us, from 1 January 2024, to also adjust the licence price for our older existing customers by 8 percent. For holders of purchased licences, the maintenance fee will also increase by 8 percent as of this date. As existing customers, you will therefore continue to benefit from the more favourable terms when you signed your licence agreement.
An overview of our service prices (support, hosting, etc.) can be found on our homepage. These prices, in their current form at any given time, also apply to our existing customers.
Our permanent aim is to keep our prices stable. For economic reasons, however, we must regularly review our pricing system and adjust it to the rate of inflation.
