projectfacts 2022.4

This update is all about management.

The new projectfacts: Perfect for your projects

Projects are a central element of the software. The new projectfacts version therefore offers you even more options to plan, control and successfully complete your projects.

For the new projectfacts version we are once again offering a paid-for Release Focus Meeting, which will take place in digital form on 30.01.2023 and 01.02.2023. In it we will present all the important new features in detail.

Managing project portfolios

Many projects, limited resources and a tight schedule. This is a familiar situation in many companies. projectfacts now supports you in linking different projects, work packages and a capacity to a shared milestone. This way you can effectively manage your project portfolio and ensure that everything is finished by the deadline.

Hybrid project management

The idea of hybrid project management is as simple as it is ingenious: take the best of the classic and agile worlds and combine them in the way that makes the most sense for your own company. You can therefore now combine classic work breakdown structure planning with sprints from the Scrum world in projectfacts. The result: clear framework conditions, but flexible and customer-oriented delivery.

Task manager

The task manager is a new central element in projectfacts. It brings together all the important tasks that you and/or your team need to complete in one place. You can access it at any time via the status bar. The task manager is ideally suited for hybrid project management, as it gives you an overview of your project sprints.

Microsoft Single Sign-on

Save yourself double login steps. For users of Microsoft 365, a manual login for projectfacts is now optional. Instead, login takes place via Single Sign-on with Azure AD. This means you can get started even faster in the morning and have one fewer password to enter.
