Define working hours, vacation, and capacities to the minute

The system has always offered a wide range of configuration options for contract and working time data. With the new extension, working time, vacation value, and plannable capacity can be set to the minute per weekday and employee.

Extended functions for attendance times

If an employee records times within a specific attendance category, the system can automatically generate cost elements (e.g., for surcharges or commissions). Setup times, travel times, and similar items can be compensated using flat-rate delta values. Access can also now be restricted to user groups.

For construction services, the German fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI) has applied in Germany for almost 50 years. It provides a framework for calculating fees for construction and planning work based on fee tables. Bill these quickly and easily using percentage positions in projectfacts.

Create and send invoices automatically

With projectfacts, invoices can now be generated, validated, and sent automatically. You can control the automatic invoice runs both via the contract and via multi-selection in the contract billing view. Instead of tedious manual work, an occasional check is now sufficient while your invoicing takes care of itself.

  • The function to display Twitter accounts in the news tile has been removed. Instead, the tile now provides an RSS feed of our blog by default.

New features

  • The working time configuration now supports entering the duration of individual weekdays.
  • Instead of a monthly close, a weekly close can now be used (configuration required).
  • A dashboard tile / working day list alerts the user to unbooked working days (configuration required).
  • In cost types and articles, tax codes and account numbers can be configured for the export of expenses and incoming invoices.
  • With automatic cost element creation in attendance/absence categories for the monthly or weekly close, certain surcharges (e.g., for on-call duty) can be mapped.
  • A delta value can be defined for attendance/absence categories that influences the credited working time.
  • A custom billing cycle can be stored per customer, overriding the rules from area and category (configuration required).

  • Vacation days can now be automatically released upon sick leave (configuration required).
  • Menu notifications display multiple events for one element in a bundled view.

Bug fixes

  • Value updates during data entry in a dialog no longer reset the cursor.
  • The cost center column in the employee overview now shows all cost centers within the time filter range.
  • The page navigator in project time lists is hidden in the cumulative view.
  • Sorting of the supervisor and cost center columns in the HR employee overview is possible again.
  • The salutation in the greeting formula is no longer replaced when it is part of a word.
  • Alarm emails were sent multiple times in some cases.
  • Fixed capacity plans are now marked with a symbol again.
  • Export of the overtime forecast and overtime account columns now takes into account the export settings.
  • Names in the “My colleagues” tiles are displayed in alphabetical order.
  • The vacation column in the working time analysis report can be exported again.
  • Vacation taken in the vacation report can be exported again.
  • The category in the time booking dialog is correctly loaded when selecting a template.
  • The “Reason” input field is no longer displayed when removing campaign contacts.

  • Protected attendance/absence entries of type “Standard” that the employee is not authorized to view are no longer displayed as “Sick” but as “External”.
  • Expired overtime is now displayed on the first day of the month instead of the last.
  • The relevance of pinboard entries in sales opportunities that point to a project is no longer set to “None” when saving a project assignment in the sales opportunity.
  • The “Purpose” column in the admin article list is again displayed correctly.
  • In the “My goals” tile, “null” was displayed in some cases.
  • Workplace planning: The employee and workplace overview tiles no longer take into account deactivated employees.
  • The “New message” action in a ticket now correctly uses the ticket’s subject instead of the last status transaction’s subject.
  • My capacity planning: The dividing line between participants and broken-down capacities is now back in the correct position.
  • Content assist in input fields is now displayed at the correct position again.
  • PDF reports generated via multi-selection can now be downloaded with the correct file name.
  • Error with synchronization of inherited email addresses fixed.
  • When reducing weekly working time, the plannable quota is reduced accordingly if necessary.
  • Delete warning in time matrix is active again.
  • MS login graphics revised so they also work correctly as a background image.
  • Entry of monthly targets now takes into account the employee’s plannable quota.
  • Capacity planning for subsequent weeks via quotient (available, remaining capacity, or plannable quota) now works correctly.
  • Capacity planning for subsequent months via quotient remaining capacity in a month with no remaining capacity no longer forces scheduling with a fixed minute quota.
  • If a group has been deactivated, the derived roles are also considered deactivated.
  • When creating a document position, the currency abbreviation is now displayed again.
