projectfacts 2024.1
Now also use your DATEV interface in projectfacts and keep track of project finances.
Highlights of the new projectfacts version
The new projectfacts version offers you new interfaces and features.
All further new features and improvements can be found in this changelog.
DATEV interface
Many companies use DATEV to transmit their financial data to the tax office. Thanks to the new interface, you can now transfer your invoices and cost elements including document images directly to DATEV without needing to use an export.
Planning and controlling of project finances
Using baseline values, you can compare, for example, the originally planned expenditures of your project with the orders already placed and the actual expenses incurred in the form of incoming invoices. You can also synchronize project plan data from the contract.
Split time bookings
Have you agreed time contingents with your customers that are billed at different rates? Then you benefit from split time bookings. These are automatically split when they would cause a contingent to be exceeded: one part fills the contingent and the second falls into the next billing pool.
Modular quotes
projectfacts now offers formattable building blocks in the form of text templates that can be flexibly integrated into documents. This allows you to design your quotes even more attractively by supplementing them with additional text and image elements, for example.
