User-specific Excel exports
Create individual reports and technical reports in projectfacts and export them directly to Excel. To do this, you select exactly the columns you want based on a list base type. Access to linked elements is also possible.

See your future revenues not just at the level of contracts or projects, but now even at the level of individual financial positions. This enables you to carry out a detailed analysis of which services in your portfolio are the most successful.

Using new configuration options, you can define units for free fields or view them together using sums or averages. Optional protection classes and access restrictions improve the handling of KPIs.

- The 10-year-old check-in/out web service is no longer included. The current HTML5 terminal is not affected and continues to be supported.
New features
- The salutation can be configured globally and also user-specifically.
- Custom Excel exports can now be configured to perform a robust technical export in lists.
- Free fields can now also contain negative and decimal numbers. A unit can also be specified.
- Access to free fields and KPIs can be restricted using protection classes (and partly group rights).
- In KPI formulas, self-defined constants can now be used.

Bug fixes
- The billing date of document and position is now used in the “Future revenues” report for the temporal classification of expense positions.
- In the time matrix, overtime on a sick day is now displayed correctly.
- Splitting a transaction from an already completed ticket no longer causes the new ticket to also be considered completed.
- The status of transactions in tickets is not automatically set for emails whose subject begins with “automatic reply”.
- The “Reply-to” option in the mail account was not taken into account when sending mails/tickets.
- When creating an incoming invoice from a purchase order, the due date is correctly carried over. The clerk can now be changed.
- Issues with check-in/out across date boundaries fixed.
- Closing dialogs with the “Back” button is now prevented when form values have been changed.
- In the project analysis report, revenues are displayed again and the contribution margin is therefore calculated correctly again.
- The payment method field in the supplier aspects of organizations is now displayed correctly.
- Deactivated fields are no longer displayed in the organization overview.
- Moving and adjusting times now also releases times with a contract position.
- The organization filter for customer/supplier/prospect did not support certain combinations.
- The display of the description in external access is now scrollable.

- The backlog and sprint log views no longer display completed projects or projects in draft.
- The display of the start date in weekly sprints was shifted by one day.
- The cash discount date is now interpreted inclusively.
- The order of work packages/sub-projects when creating a project from a contract is maintained when a position has a project template.
