Refer a Customer: Here’s how it works
Do you know a company that is looking for a new software solution? Or are you convinced that another firm would also benefit from the processes in projectfacts? Then our new customer referral programme is the ideal opportunity for you!
Simply pass on the relevant contact with the following information:
• Company name,
• Name of the contact person,
• Email address and
• Phone number of the contact person.
The prerequisite is that the person has a genuine interest and is aware that we will be contacting them.
Your benefit: 30% payback
We take care of consulting and supporting the prospect. If a successful deal is concluded, it is worthwhile for you too. Because you receive 30% commission on the new customer’s first annual licence.
This corresponds to a discount on your own licence costs. However, since the commission is not based on your own licence price but on the price for new customers, the effective discount on your licence is often even higher than 30%.
The savings are greater the larger the new customer. As a result, the payback can even exceed your own licence costs. This means you not only use projectfacts for free, but actually get money back!

The terms and conditions in detail
1. Scope
These terms of participation govern the referral of potential new customers by existing customers of 5 POINT AG (hereinafter “referrer”) to 5 POINT AG as part of the “Customer Refers Customer” campaign. As part of the referral, the referrer provides 5 POINT AG with the contact details of the potential new customer with their consent.
2. Eligibility
(1) The referrer is considered eligible to participate if they are an active customer of 5 POINT AG for the projectfacts or teamspace systems at the time of the referral.
(2) If the referrer is no longer an active customer of 5 POINT AG at the time of invoicing by 5 POINT AG to the referred new customer, or has already given notice to terminate their existing contractual relationship, the eligibility to participate expires and the referrer will not receive any remuneration from 5 POINT AG.
3. Process
(1) The referrer transmits the contact details of the potential new customer to 5 POINT AG with their consent.
(2) 5 POINT AG then establishes contact with the potential new customer and initiates a sales process with them.
(3) After completion of the sales process, the referrer will receive a corresponding notification from 5 POINT AG if the potential new customer places an order for a projectfacts or teamspace annual licence.
4. Remuneration
(1) The referrer receives a one-time remuneration of 30% of the annual licence price of the new customer for their referral.
(2) Excluded from the remuneration are all further services of 5 POINT AG for the new customer. These include, among others:
a. Hosting fees
b. Installations
c. Support contracts
d. Services (consulting, support, development, layouts and administration)
(3) The remuneration of 30% refers solely to the licence price in the first year after the new customer places their order. Subsequent terms are not remunerated.
(4) The basis for calculating the remuneration is the licence price stated in the new customer’s accepted offer. This licence price may differ from the licence price of the referrer and from the licence prices listed on the official pricing pages of projectfacts.de and teamspace.de.
(5) The remuneration is paid to the referrer after 5 POINT AG has issued the invoice to the new customer.
5. Exclusion
(1) A referrer’s remuneration expires if
a. the referred potential new customer is already in a contractual relationship with 5 POINT AG.
b. the referred potential new customer is already in sales contact with 5 POINT AG.
c. no contractual relationship between 5 POINT AG and the potential new customer arises after the referral. And the potential new customer subsequently contacts 5 POINT AG again at a later date.
d. the potential new customer is organisationally embedded in the referrer’s company.
e. the potential new customer wishes to work within the referrer’s client account.
6. Term
5 POINT AG is entitled to end the “Customer Refers Customer” campaign at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, or to adjust the framework conditions.
