- Service Level Agreements can now be defined in the ticket system

- Global search occasionally caused incorrect highlighting of results

- Non-blocking appointments are no longer shown in appointment availability
- Logged open items are no longer displayed in the project open items list
- Passive employees in a planned resource no longer cause errors
- Passive employees are displayed correctly in filters
- Deleting contacts via synchronisation is possible again
- Sorting of empty line-item groups in documents is now correct
- The rich text editor fallback for mobile devices now preserves line breaks
