New Features

  • Service Level Agreements can now be defined in the ticket system
  • Tickets can be assigned to an involved contact (automatically CC’d)
  • Alarms can also be created for ticket channels (alarm on ticket receipt)
  • Creating projects without a template can be disabled
  • Costs are now multi-currency capable
  • Employee billing is now multi-currency capable
  • New document type “Enquiry”
  • New document type “Letter”
  • Workflow added for “Enquiry”, “Order” and “Expense document”
  • The invoicing module now offers an “Open Items List”
  • VAT exemption can be stored for customers and is automatically applied to invoices

  • Alarm creation simplified
  • Confusing symbols in the calendar legend removed
  • Synchronisation settings now show the paths from the perspective of the respective employee
  • Warning when an employee is created who will not be visible in HR afterwards
  • User groups can be assigned when creating an employee
  • Display of large pop-up dialogs improved
  • No comment is required any more to switch to document mode in documents

Bug Fixes

  • Global search occasionally caused incorrect highlighting of results
  • Merging a single contact no longer causes an error
  • The assistant for creating new projects was not always reset correctly
  • All-day appointments are displayed correctly in appointment availability
  • Non-blocking appointments are no longer shown in appointment availability
  • Logged open items are no longer displayed in the project open items list
  • Passive employees in a planned resource no longer cause errors
  • Passive employees are displayed correctly in filters
  • Deleting contacts via synchronisation is possible again
  • Sorting of empty line-item groups in documents is now correct
  • The rich text editor fallback for mobile devices now preserves line breaks
  • Various permission issues resolved
  • Tickets were not merged correctly under certain circumstances
