Lightning-fast corporate communication with the projectfacts Chat: Whereas previously it was only possible to send internal messages, you can now chat with your colleagues. This is not only faster, but also helps you keep track of your agreements. In addition, the billing module has been expanded with many new billing options. For example, maintenance contracts with monthly free minutes or sub-projects can now be billed automatically or withheld from billing. The new workflows in the ticket system allow you to define processes for specific areas in order to support different procedures per ticket channel. This makes it possible to standardize, for example, helpdesk, support reports or acquisition processes.

Improvements

Bug Fixes
