Improved usability for everyday use

The new projectfacts version 5.11 focuses on further improved usability to make daily use of projectfacts more effective. The focus is on collapsible views and the use of drag & drop functions.

Collapsible project trees ensure that you never lose track even with more extensive projects. This feature allows you to visually arrange, for example in the project view, sub-projects and work packages in a way that suits your focused work on the individual sections of your main project.

With the completely revised text editor you can, among other things, insert images into your texts via drag & drop as well as copy & paste. This gives you the ability to create your tickets more easily and quickly. For an improved visual representation of your requests, you can now easily insert screenshots saved to the clipboard into your ticket, or drag any image files from the desktop into the editor.

In addition to tickets or emails, the new editor can also be used to create wiki pages or forum posts.

The new projectfacts version will be released on 18.11.2016 and will be available a few days later for premium hosting customers and customers with their own server.
