projectfacts 5.12. – Structuring of Projects
Find out here what options projectfacts 5.12 gives you to structure your projects and increase your company's performance!
Steps towards better structuring of your projects
The new projectfacts version once again picks up where your company’s performance can be improved – better structuring and at the same time simplification of process workflows.
Projects can now be easily structured using project directories, and the ticket module has also been streamlined with the ability to set the ticket status to “permanently closed” and release times directly via the ticket.
Despite the many automated categorization options such as project types, customers or project status, there is always a need or desire to group projects into various folders. Project directories were developed precisely for this purpose.
Analogous to the familiar directory structure in file systems, you can build up your project landscape. How the structure looks or according to what criteria you organize your projects is entirely up to you.
Possible examples are an organization by versions of your product development, by branch, the size of your projects or internal task areas.
Once your main projects have been sorted into the appropriate directories, your employees will be guided more quickly to their destination thanks to a clear and intuitive interface.
The new projectfacts version will be released on 17.01.2017 and will be available a few days later for premium hosting customers and customers with their own server.
