projectfacts 5.13 – Activity & Financial Analysis

projectfacts Version 5.13 brings more clarity. ✓ Financial analysis ✓ Activity analysis ✓ Time booking in the ticket

More knowledge thanks to better information

Better information presentation for more knowledge and sound decisions. The new projectfacts version 5.13 addresses this directly. The highlight is the activity analysis. In addition, the time-dependent financial analysis sheds more light on your financial data. And of course, in this release too we have also fine-tuned many details that make your daily work easier.

The Activity Analysis – All information on a topic at a glance

The activity analysis now consolidates all processes relating to a topic. Think, for example, of a larger project. You are searching for an important piece of information. You should not waste time, but have the information directly at hand. The activity analysis is the solution to this ever-present problem.

What was discussed? What is the current status? “There was that one ticket” – all of this information can now be filtered out in no time and is available in a timeline. Particularly important processes can simply be pinned to the pinboard. This way they are always prominently visible.

The activity analysis does not only exist in projects. All information is also compiled for you in tickets or contacts.

The Financial Analysis – The comprehensive evaluation of your financial data

“What is the contribution margin of our projects in the first quarter?” – this could be a question that the new financial analysis answers. A wide range of filter options is available for evaluating your financial data. With which customer did you achieve the most revenue? How high were your personnel costs on a project or during a specific period? Important questions to which the financial analysis has an answer.

Have you ever wondered what proportion of your revenue comes from new customer business? Using the new and existing customer analysis, you can display this information immediately. How many new customers did we have in March 2017? Do we generate more consulting revenue from new or existing customers? – the answer is available in two clicks. From the insights gained, you can draw the appropriate conclusions.

Many noticeable improvements in daily work

In this release too we have once again fine-tuned many details that make your daily work easier. For example, ticket processing and time booking in one step.

Maintaining CRM master data has also been significantly improved. Thanks to a completely dynamic dialog, you can now store any contact fields, such as email addresses or phone numbers.

The new projectfacts version will be released on 21.03.2017 and will be available a few days later for premium hosting customers and customers with their own server.
