You want to further optimize your sales? You also want to improve the scheduling of your employees? Then with release 5.15 we have turned the right screws for you. In addition, there is a whole range of further improvements.

So that you can focus entirely on your prospects and customers, we have integrated many new CRM functionalities. With the new version you can create sales teams, assign tasks to employees and monitor them. Your sales staff have several views available on which they can plan their customer care. Searching through full contact lists is now a thing of the past. Everyone only sees what is relevant to them. This ensures that nothing gets lost and you are on the ball at the right moment.

Sales opportunities have also been refined. In future, you can create several different sales funnels – for example, depending on the product, sales channel or customer.

Better scheduling of your employees

In the previous version we already improved the deployment planning of your employees with the new capacity planning. Capacity planning has now been significantly expanded. A direct link to projects is now available. In this context, there are diverse monitoring options and warning systems. This allows you to perfectly plan the project deployment of your employees.

Further highlights: Document approval and new document formatting

You can also look forward to great new features with documents such as offers, orders or invoices. Thanks to the document approval process, you can attach different review scenarios to your documents. Responsible persons are requested to review depending on conditions.

With document formatting, you can now design your documents exactly as you wish. Bullet points, bold or italic, color coding are no longer a problem.

projectfacts version 5.15 will be released for cloud customers on 21.09.2017 and a few days later for customers with their own server.

Improvements

  • Invoice numbers of linked invoices are shown in the detail manager of orders
  • Attached mails are automatically imported like normal mails if the actual mail has no other content
  • Version list in the file detail manager was not displayed correctly
  • The mail account test now also tests sending
  • If a mail cannot be sent, a notification is now displayed
  • Fields “Key account manager 2” can be changed via multi-selection
  • Contact data added in the organization contact are inherited by the other contacts of the organization if applicable
