Variable remuneration models, QR code and travel planning – these are the keywords that describe projectfacts version 5.16. Many adjustments have been made throughout the system to optimize your workflow.

Commissions – easily integrate variable salary components

With the new projectfacts version 5.16, commission-based remuneration models can be easily integrated into the company workflow. Calculate the remuneration of your sales employees automatically based on various selectable factors and transfer them to billing. More on this in the blog post.

GiroCode and SwissQR – transfers by scan

Your customers benefit from the new ease of capturing invoice data. With the help of the automatically generated QR code, which contains all relevant data, invoices are prepared for transfer by scan. Annoying typing errors are thus minimized. For customers in Switzerland, this is even mandatory.

Travel planning – documentation in advance

When recording travel, there is now a preceding step – the travel request. This serves the purpose of documentation as well as communication between employees and your travel office.

Personalized documents – customer loyalty to your employees

You can also look forward to great new features with documents such as offers, orders or invoices. Thanks to the new personalization option, documents can be “enhanced” with the signature and photo of the clerk.

projectfacts version 5.16 will be released for cloud customers on 14.12.2017 and a few days later for customers with their own server.
