projectfacts 5.19 – More Flexibility for Billing
The new projectfacts 5.19 is here! Even more features, such as ✓ Flexible billing ✓ Create incoming invoices & attach original documents and much more.
Release 5.19
Our release 5.19 helps you to digitalise all processes in your company and make them efficient and effective. The new features simplify project controlling, billing, and documentation. At the same time, you get great flexibility with full transparency and control.
Flexible Billing Rules at Line Item Level
In projectfacts, you can respond flexibly to billing requirements and agreements at order level in the form of payment plans. Previously, projects could be billed by date or percentage breakdown within such a plan. Especially for large, complex, or long-term projects, an order usually contains numerous line items subject to different billing models. As the complexity of orders increases, so does the complexity of billing. With the new release, as a user you now have the option to store billing rules at line item level as well. These allow you to precisely define which order line items can be billed on a percentage basis, when, and under what conditions. This way, you can respond flexibly to the different requirements in billing.
Expense Management is Now Called Incoming Invoices and Can Do Even More
To make it clearer what the functions of projectfacts cover, we have renamed the Expense Management function to Incoming Invoices. With the new release, original documents can be stored there and accessed from anywhere in the system. This means that incoming invoices or order confirmations are always available digitally, wherever you are. The original documents can be stored simply by drag & drop.
Additional Functionalities
In line with the integration of original documents, we have further optimised incoming invoices. From now on, you have the option to store bank accounts and payment methods for your suppliers.
projectfacts version 5.19 will be released for cloud customers on 23.08.2018 and a few days later for customers with their own server.
