Release 5.3
This time, our update is primarily focused on usability enhancements and bug fixes. The alarm function is now also available in the ticket system and in the invoice module. This way, nothing gets lost that you plan to take care of later.
Previously, you could be reminded by SMS, email, or popup. At the request of many of our users, you can now also receive all alarms as a menu notification.

Improvements
- When creating new tickets, a more suitable email account is suggested for sending
- Default setting “Status when replying” now offers the option “Keep status”
- Default setting “Status when replying” now also applies to the first ticket message to a customer
- Alarms can now also be sent as menu notifications
- Alarms provide more information about the corresponding element
- Exotic content types of email attachments are processed more robustly
- Auto-replies from projectfacts include corresponding email headers
- No auto-replies to out-of-office messages, system messages, or other auto-replies
- Custom fonts can be referenced in layouts
- The wiki now recognises the code tag
Bug Fixes
- Various JavaScript issues fixed
- Billing of costs (all costs within the main project are now relevant)
- Split tickets contained the old ticket ID in the subject line
- The “To” column in the ticket list showed the wrong recipient in some cases
- Default ticket channel assignment for new tickets (filter is now taken into account)
- Validation of the maximum length of a price item description
- Deleting CRM cases no longer shows an empty window
- Automatic directory creation when uploading files to a CRM case
- Permission issue in the HTML view of internally forwarded emails
- Automatic attendance calculation with manual start time
- Umlauts in the global search
- Sent deep links now include all parameters
- Error when selecting results in appointment polls fixed
