Release 5.3
The focus of our new version is the CRM module. The biggest new feature is the new function for mapping sales opportunities: with so-called sales funnels, forecasts of the revenue for the coming months are generated right at the beginning of a sales process.
These forecasts are based on empirical values with which you define the probability of closing a deal at each stage of a sales process. The individual stages in turn form the sales funnel. Projectfacts shows you how many sales processes are at which stages and what revenue forecast can be derived from this for the company.

Bug Fixes
- Project assignment and relevance for ticket cases were not always applied.
- Directory permission inheritance was not displayed correctly in detail managers.
- Problems importing employee skills fixed.
- Display issues in the Excel export of the holiday report fixed.
- When replying to or following up on a ticket, the wrong recipient was sometimes pre-selected (when the ticket was assigned to two clients).
- Working time analysis showed nothing in the export.
- Time zone problem in travel expenses fixed.

- Appointment invitations could not be sent.
- Appointments with titles over 100 characters were not synchronised correctly with Teamsync.
