Release 5.4.5

Version 5.4.5 includes new features in the ticket system and the file module. It will be released on 18 February and will be available to all premium customers and customers with their own hosting shortly after. A highlight of the current release is certainly the sharing of files with people who do not work with projectfacts. Via a public link, external persons such as customers can access shared files or folders.

  • Ticket reports (list and analysis report)
  • Permission system for financial documents
  • Revenue is distributed across billed project time entries (statistical value for project analysis)
  • Cost centres can now also be assigned to employees
  • Columns in project lists can be configured in the settings

Bug Fixes

  • Appropriate headings when creating project structure elements
  • Problems with Excel import of contacts fixed
  • The “New Document” function in the file module did not check for duplicate file names
  • Tickets created from a project were not automatically linked to it
  • Deleting an organisation image did not work reliably
  • Suggestion list for a free text field could not be edited afterwards
  • Removing a sub-project from a milestone led to the milestone detail manager
  • Problems with project import fixed
  • Refresh problems in Chrome 42 (Canary) fixed
  • Caching problems in Internet Explorer for the list quick-search fixed
  • Project lists can be sorted by priority and project ID again
  • Deleted orders no longer leave a dead link in the project
  • Other participants in a private appointment no longer receive a menu notification
  • Contacts in the recycle bin are no longer available as appointment participants
  • Incorrect navigation menus in administration mode fixed
