Release 5.5.7 – Display of important customer information possible in many modules

On Wednesday, 17 June 2015, the new projectfacts release will be available. Once again, many new features are at your disposal, which you can use to further improve your processes. The focus is on displaying important customer information in many places throughout projectfacts.

For example, at the request of many of our customers, it is now possible again to adjust the project progress directly when booking time. The interaction between items and price lists has also been specifically improved, giving you a more intuitive way to manage your product catalogue.

In addition to easier item maintenance, projectfacts also offers you the opportunity to see the relationship between a customer and the items they have ordered in a prominent location. This means you always have an overview of the most important customer information via the service notes. Which support contract was concluded with the customer? Or which products has the customer purchased? These and similar questions can be answered easily. Thanks to the automatic assignment of ordered items to the customer’s service note, no maintenance effort is required on your part.

This important information is available to you in almost all areas of projectfacts, for example when processing tickets, within a project, or directly at the customer level.

As usual, the new version will also be made available to customers with their own server as well as premium hosting a few days after the release.
