projectfacts 5.5 – Efficient Business Processes
Make your business processes more efficient now with projectfacts 5.5! Book time directly to contacts in your CRM
Release 5.5 – Efficient Business Processes
Our goal is to continuously make processes in projectfacts more efficient and intuitive. That is exactly what we have tackled in the current Release 5.5. The result is a large number of improvements and new features at various points in projectfacts, enabling you to cover your processes with projectfacts even better.
In the work breakdown structures of your projects, you now have an even greater overview of associated tickets, appointments, and forums. Project phases are also becoming increasingly prominent, for example in the project preview, the calendar, or search masks.
In addition, you have the option to define categories for time tracking at the project level. This saves you even more time when booking your project hours.
Among the many minor improvements, one feature stands out in particular. In future, you will be able to book time directly to contacts in your CRM. This innovation promises above all one thing: a significantly more efficient and faster recording and processing of your customer enquiries, which will save you a noticeable amount of time in your daily work.
Release 5.5 will be available on 25 April 2015. Shortly afterwards, the new version will also be available to all premium customers and customers with their own server.
