Payment plans help you with billing large projects, order extensions are integrated dynamically into the project, and project workflows provide you with an ideal status progression.

With the new projectfacts release, several functions are available to make your processes more flexible, faster, and more automated.

Payment plans monitor your billing situations – automatically

Bill your projects as flexibly as possible. Set up payment plans and automate your billing runs. In the context of projects, several invoices are often raised — for example, upon order placement, halfway through the project, and upon project handover. Simply enter the billing dates, the billable values, or the billable positions and the payment plan will monitor your billing situation.

Project workflows – Define the status progression your project should follow

Many projects ideally follow specific status sequences. Often, certain people within projects are only permitted to assign certain statuses, which must then be approved by the project manager. In the new projectfacts version you can therefore create project status workflows and attach them to projects. This automates your project progressions.

Order extensions are dynamically integrated into the project

It is not uncommon for an extension order or an order adjustment to arise during a project. To ensure these changes are visible in the project as quickly as possible, your order adjustments are created directly in the project. As soon as you add a new position to the order, a billable work package is created in the corresponding project.

For customers with their own server and premium hosting, the new version will be available a few days after the general release, as usual.

  • Attachments sometimes appeared twice in emails

  • Calendar weeks in reports are now matched to the country setting of the logged-in user, not the server
  • Imported items are automatically added to the corresponding price lists
  • The due date of an open item can be removed via synchronization again
  • URL of an external access contains all required information for custom designs of the login page
  • File rights assignment via multi-selection was defective
  • Campaign contact list showed contacts from the recycle bin
  • Milestone list also usable in sub-projects
  • Various selection popups adopted special characters with a display error
  • The “main projects only” filter in the project list can be saved as a favourite
  • Copying meal allowance costs no longer breaks the original
  • Error in the wiki parser resolved
  • Leave balance preview was calculated incorrectly in rare cases
  • Splitting the ticket list by projects caused an error message
  • Date validation in resource planning

  • For mail accounts without a sender mail, tickets can no longer be created
  • The end date of an order was calculated incorrectly in certain cases
  • Billable total for time-and-materials positions now also takes into account order discounts
  • Decimal numbers now also respect the Swiss number format
  • It was possible to move folders into themselves and to mark the “FolderUp” folder in multi-selection
  • When copying a document, the project link can now actually be removed
  • Pre-population when creating new costs was not always present
  • Email addresses are now validated when sending appointment invitations
  • Projects created retrospectively during order creation are now correctly initialized and receive a project ID
  • Various permission error messages improved
