Kanban boards for agile working, extended functions for personnel management, and optimized click paths – the new projectfacts release is equipped with extensive new features. projectfacts 6.0 covers additional business processes and has been equipped with smart functions and new interfaces that will make you even more effective and faster when working with the software.
Kanban, Scrum, or your own method – Boards support agile working
The new boards give you agile tools for your project work. Whether you want to work according to Scrum, Kanban, or your own agile method: the boards support you optimally with agile teamwork. The agile boards can be freely configured according to your wishes and adapt to your way of working, not the other way around. The new function is fully integrated into all other modules of the software, enabling direct links. With a card on a board, tickets, contacts, files, or appointments can be linked directly. The intelligent links save you duplicate work and at the same time ensure that a card always contains the latest information.
Personnel management: digital employee file and automatic surcharge calculation
The existing personnel management module has received a comprehensive upgrade and can be used as a complete digital employee file. For each employee, you can store particularly sensitive data such as salary data, contracts, application documents, references, certificates, meeting minutes, and individual agreements such as bonuses. The documents are protected with special security classes and access permissions.
projectfacts also takes the work off your hands in payroll accounting: surcharges for work on Sundays, public holidays, or night work can now be calculated automatically. Everything is documented in a monthly closing, which forms the basis for billing.
Optimized user guidance and quick access to important information
Users are now supported even better with all important actions within the software so that they can work more efficiently and faster. A so-called floating action button helps the user to quickly perform an action. An additional favourites menu ensures optimized click paths and quick access to the most relevant information. Also new is the module search, which searches all content of individual modules and thus finds not only content but also functions or reports located within the modules. Favourites can be saved for each module to quickly access important projects, wiki entries, customers, lists, reports, files, or tickets. The new sidebar also provides quick and always visible access to relevant areas of the software. New tile views and various charts give users a quick overview of important data such as revenue figures.

Bug Fixes
- The performance problem in the file module has been resolved

- Disabled mail accounts can no longer be selected in campaigns
- When working on open items from “My Day”, the description of the open item is now correctly adopted
- All favourites under “My Day” are displayed again
