Discover the advantages of our optimised ticket system. ✓ Integration with CRM system ✓ Document transactions
Release 6.3
In the new Release 6.3, the focus this time is on the new ticket system. The new functions make your processes even more flexible and uniform. Particularly valuable for you will be the connection between the ticket and CRM system, giving you a simplified overview of items.
Ticket System 2.0
Discover the Advantages of the New Functions in projectfacts
When creating a ticket, it is now possible to choose whether you want to write an email, write a letter, or simply document a transaction. The operation of tickets has been standardised: whether it is an internal ticket, a ticket from a request, or a classic email ticket – all communication channels are now available to you in a single, uniform input dialog. This means that if you have sent an internal ticket, you can now also send emails from it. Previously, a new ticket was required for this.
Letters Instead of Emails
Since some customers often prefer to receive their invoices by post, you now have the option of converting a letter as a PDF when creating a ticket, so that it can be sent by post. Do you also want to add incoming letters to the ticket system? No problem! Create a new ticket (or a new transaction, if it belongs to an existing ticket) for incoming letters. Add a scan file or a recording of the letter to the ticket by creating a new ticket transaction under “Document transaction” and uploading the relevant file under “Attachments”. The attached file can now be found directly in the ticket alongside the text. You have the option of adding not only scans but also audio recordings or screen recordings to a ticket transaction.
Integration with CRM
A further innovation is that you can now create a CRM transaction simultaneously from ticket transactions, with both being linked to each other. This makes it visible in the CRM whether a customer has, for example, sent an enquiry or a cancellation. The CRM transaction then leads to the linked ticket with just one click. To create a CRM transaction for tickets, select “CRM transaction” when creating the ticket and enter the necessary notes. Several transaction types are available for this, which you can define in your configuration.
projectfacts Version 6.3 will be released for customers on the base servers on 16.01.2020 and a few days later for customers with their own server.
