ZUGFeRD: What is behind it?

With the integration of the ZUGFeRD standard in projectfacts version 5.17, the path to the paperless office is opening up for your company too. Enjoy all the benefits of projectfacts and implement the creation of e-invoices easily and quickly.

This is a uniform standard for accounting documents. This standard ensures that the same process and readability is guaranteed for all parties involved in booking and document actions. To achieve this, the .pdf documents are enhanced with attached information.

The goal of this type of invoicing is to ensure fast, simple, correct and electronic communication between companies and public administrations. The target group for the e-invoice format is large, medium and small companies as well as public administrations. Furthermore, the new format is intended to significantly reduce the costs of invoicing as well as postage costs.

What do I need to do to create documents in projectfacts using the standard?

First, an account must be stored in the configuration, followed by an adjustment of the layouts in order to be able to create the PDF-A standard.
