Software Solution for Acquisition & Sales Processes
Thanks to the CRM software projectfacts, you can optimise your sales processes & manage your contacts.
Acquisition & Sales – Decisive Puzzle Pieces for Success
projectfacts maps many of your business processes. An important building block for your success is the work with prospects and customers. To make this work easier for your employees and to shift the focus to customer care rather than documentation, projectfacts offers features for sales activities. These features received significant improvements with version 5.15, making work more dynamic and flexible — so that your employees can concentrate on their customers.
Your Focus on Leads and Prospects – Never Miss the Right Moment Again
Multiple Sales Funnels
Working with sales opportunities and sales funnels is something you are already familiar with from previous versions of projectfacts. These allow you to divide sales processes into different phases and assign a value to each phase. Your sales phases do not always follow the same sequence — this can vary depending on the product or customer category. From now on, individual sales funnels can be created in projectfacts, which can then be used like the familiar templates for different configurations.
Traffic Light System for Sales Opportunities
With version 5.15, every sales representative has a better overview of their sales opportunities. A configurable traffic light system ensures that no lead slips through the net and warns you when a new action is required. This supports the regular follow-up with your prospects. Quotations can be created and tracked at any time for sales opportunities.
Existing Customers – Your Capital That Needs Nurturing
Traffic Light System for Key Accounts
Your employee is the account manager for the customer. To help them fulfil this role more effectively and proactively maintain contact in order to identify potential issues or feedback from the customer at an early stage, there is now a traffic light system for key accounts. Equivalent to the traffic light system for sales opportunities, this can be configured to provide an overview of required actions at any time. Often a brief phone call is enough to secure the revenue of the next few years.
The Team – Achieving Success Together
Sales departments can be structured in many different ways — whether one or more key account managers work with a customer, a responsible person interacts with the customer together with employees, or all staff work with all customers. Via the new functions described above, employees always have the information relevant to them in view. The person responsible can now easily obtain concise information for sales controlling at team level. For example, the statuses of sales opportunities, key accounts, and quotation and order volumes are presented in a structured way so that any need for action can be immediately identified using the traffic light system.
More Detailed Permission System
It may sometimes be the case that not all of your sales employees should see all information about all customers — whether for data protection or country-specific reasons. With the new permission system, you can map responsibilities for different customers 1:1 in your CRM.
