In the first step, document capture is available for travel expenses. Your employees capture the receipts and upload them via the time tracking module and document scanner. Projectfacts automatically creates a cost element, which can be handled as usual in the travel expense report.

Once all cost elements for a travel expense entry have been collected, projectfacts combines the cost elements and scanned receipts in a directly assignable way, so that, for example, a PDF printout for the tax advisor is generated automatically.

This saves your travelers and the employees responsible for managing travel expenses a great deal of work and is an important step towards fully integrated company software.

OCR recognition: Automated reading of documents

With automated text recognition, projectfacts can interpret your receipts. Simply capture them via smartphone and upload them to projectfacts. Fuel receipts, train tickets — the possibilities are endless.
