pfScan – The App for Digitising Documents

With the new version of pfScan 1.1.0 you now have even more options. Make your document capture with the pfScan app from projectfacts easier. It is quick and straightforward to send receipts, images, invoices and much more directly to projectfacts. Android users have the additional advantage of being able to load documents onto pfScan directly from other apps.

In the app you have different options to select what type of document it is

• New expense

• New incoming invoice

• New image (profile picture)

• New background image

• Additional graphics for documents

• Signatures for documents

How to install the pfScan app on your smartphone

Android

1. Enter pfScan.app in your smartphone browser. It is best to use Google Chrome for this.
2. Click on the pop-up menu ( ) in the top right and select “Add to home screen”.
3. A pop-up window will then appear asking whether you want to add this app to your home screen. Select “Add”.
4. The app is now available on your home screen.
5. Open the pfScan app on your home screen.
6. Log in with your projectfacts account.
7. To upload a document, select “Add files”. You can now either upload files or take a photo.
8. Finally, press the upload button. Your document is now in the previously selected area in your projectfacts.

iOS

1. Enter pfScan.app in your smartphone browser. It is best to use Safari for this.
2. Click on the menu ( ) at the bottom centre and select “Add to Home Screen”.
3. A new window will then appear asking whether you want to add this app to your home screen. Select “Add”.
4. The app is now available on your home screen.
5. Open the pfScan app on your home screen.
6. Log in with your projectfacts account.
7. To upload a document, select “Add files”. You can now either upload files or take a photo.
8. Finally, press the upload button. Your document is now in the previously selected area in your projectfacts.

If you already use pfScan…

and would like to use the latest features, uninstall pfScan if necessary and open pfScan.app again in your browser. Now check under Settings whether you are already using version 1.1.0 or higher. You can then reinstall pfScan or add it to the home screen. From now on, pfScan will be available when you share images from other apps.
