Multiple Sales Funnels for Your Sales Processes
Determine your sales processes with the help of the sales funnel. With the sales funnel you have a full overview of your sales.
Sales processes in real time – now with multiple sales funnels
Use projectfacts as sales management software. With projectfacts you always know what is happening with the sales processes in your company. To keep your new business always in view, projectfacts provides you with the module feature “Sales Opportunities”. In the sales funnels you can see at a glance in real time all the important information about your sales process. The funnel shows you the sales phase, the probability of closing and the target value of the order volume.
Now you have the option to create several funnels side by side for a single contact. This allows you to visualise the right process for each type of product and each enquiry. This way you know exactly which new customer is close to closing and which further opportunities are still open.
Mapping specific digital sales funnels
Different services also require different types of sales processes – and projectfacts now accommodates this. While, for example, selling a software licence with individual presentations and demos involves several steps in the sales process, for other products the sales process consists of just three steps: enquiry – individual offer – close. In projectfacts you can now map the different stages in the sales process using multiple sales funnels and individualise them according to your processes.
Each stage can also be assigned a probability for closing the deal. This keeps you informed at all times about your sales opportunities and their monetary value.
How to set up the sales funnels
In the configuration you will find under “CRM” – “Sales funnels” the option to create a new sales funnel. If it needs to be filled with additional phases, these can be defined under “Sales phases”.
When creating a new sales opportunity, you only need to select the relevant funnel. Within the module, you can select and filter by funnels in the “Summary” on the left-hand side.
