With projectfacts Version 6.11 you can collaborate even more effectively, as the new release lets you integrate Microsoft Teams into projectfacts. This allows you to benefit from the advantages of seamless teamwork:

  • Create and join Teams meetings directly in the projectfacts calendar
  • View Teams calls and work with them (book times, create tickets, etc.)

Create Microsoft Teams Appointments

Create Microsoft Teams appointments directly in the projectfacts calendar and add team members and external participants. Invitations are sent automatically by Microsoft. You also have the option of creating new appointments with your own meeting link. Participants can join the meeting directly via the calendar entry.

View Microsoft Teams Calls

With Version 6.11, you will find an overview of your Teams phone calls in projectfacts. You can see the main contact, the time, and the duration of the call. Work flexibly with this by, for example, recording a time entry, creating a new contact, or sending a ticket. Access your Teams calls with a single click via the phone interface in the sidebar.

New Features

  • Performance time: Different types of project times can be classified as performance time, enabling new evaluations of projects.
  • Data from QM documents can be transferred when creating a project (and vice versa).
  • Duplicate checking for mail accounts is now possible. In the event that emails are sent to multiple mail accounts, they are only processed once.
  • Templates for appointment descriptions. Appointments created from projects or tickets can be given a default text that also supports placeholders (project name, ticket ID, etc.).
  • Password rules can be freely configured.
  • Sales funnels now have a sales team that receives menu notifications for transactions that cannot be assigned to a specific sales representative.
  • Times booked to open items can be listed within the open item.

Improvements

  • In the contact list of a campaign, only active contacts are displayed.
  • Display of the holiday report and its export improved. Both now also have the “Total” column.
  • New filters have been added to the invoice analysis, invoice items, and financial list reports: “Project types”, “No project”.
  • The invoice analysis report can now be cumulated and split by project type.
  • New configuration option: project creation is only possible after validation of an order.
  • New time recording settings for holidays, sick leave, and daily limits.
  • Check when booking at unusual times (e.g. outside office hours).
  • Optionally, time bookings on holiday and sick days can be deactivated.
  • New cumulation options in activity records.
  • Improved and generalised display of calendars and capacity lists.
  • It is now possible to pre-assign a sending email address per financial document layout, and thus the associated ticket channel.
  • The Excel import can now also import numerical cells as FK/ID.
  • The export of holiday reports has been extended by the columns “Start value” and “Start date”.
  • In the organisation list, “Framework agreement” has been added under the active column “Legal aspects”.
  • The display of column data in the organisation list and the export of address columns have been corrected.

Bug Fixes

  • In capacity and calendar lists, names are no longer displayed unnecessarily.
  • The “All contacts” filter in the contact list of an external access now works again.
  • When dates of a holiday request change (in draft mode), the period is now always displayed correctly.
  • The period of a holiday request is now displayed correctly in all dialogs and lists.
  • The “Change” column of the holiday report is now included when exporting in the Excel report.
  • Display of available capacity now depends on the configured data display.
  • In the assignment dialog of a contact for an external access, only an “x” button is now shown after the selected option in the “External access” field.
  • Lists now only have one default view.
  • An arbitrary contact assignment when searching for a CRM contact from blank email addresses is now prevented.
  • The “Target achievement” column in the employee data report is displayed correctly again.
  • Cancelled recurring appointments are now displayed correctly.
  • In the “My colleagues today” view, resources and cancelled appointments are no longer displayed.
  • Forwarding a ticket no longer deletes the main contact of the ticket.
  • The notification when creating a project from a project template now shows the name of the project.
  • Public holidays are no longer taken into account in the calculation of “Available time”. The sum of “Available times” no longer feeds into the “Time (Plan)” sum. Holiday and sick leave are highlighted in colour.
  • Active columns no longer shift when an Excel report is created and filters are subsequently changed.
  • In capacity planning, it is now possible to filter by group and category.
  • In the HR list of holiday requests, holidays and holiday requests are now displayed in a calendar view when the permission to view capacities is not available.
  • The “Statistics of filtered values” box in sales opportunity lists now takes all data into account and is no longer limited by the page size. In addition, clicking on an option in the “Statistics of filtered values” box a second time removes the previously set filter.
  • Recurring appointments are now displayed correctly in the project calendar. Hover added.

Hotfixes

  • For documents with foreign currency, the entered amount (foreign/home currency) was previously taken into account. No conversion to the other currency took place. This fix resolves the issue at the database level.
  • Various improvements in selection lists.
  • Placeholders of the selection type are correctly transferred.
  • Multi-action “PDF export” is only applied to selected items.
  • Null pointer exception: Capacities “Create new record”.
  • Null pointer exception: Create new attendance/absence entry.
  • Project DM > Times: Projects are correctly updated after applying an action via multi-selection.
  • Delete warning in the time matrix is now correctly labelled.
  • Overly strict permission checks for dynamic columns have been corrected.
  • Bookmark migration now also transfers the deep link and takes into account servers that still use the context “/projectfacts/webapp”.
  • Ticket->Contact->Org filter re-added so that bookmarks still work and both assignments can be filtered.
  • Appointments with a status attribute no longer cause an error in the task overview.
  • Display of icons in the recently used list corrected.
  • Revenue forecasts in the project time analysis now correctly take the document currency into account for the forecast.
