Control even more precisely where your tickets land by having the system intelligently pre-sort them. teamspace recognizes tickets from people who belong to a specific organization and can automatically move them to a separate ticket channel. Ideal for key accounts or partners in large projects.

- A default ticket channel can be stored for each organization.

- An issue with line breaks when replacing text in Word templates has been fixed.

- The “Upgrade” function for contract positions now also works when billing by effort.
- The option to add multiple document positions no longer causes problems when saving. A discount is correctly applied.
- Documents signed with Scrive or Skribble could not be downloaded when linked to a QM document.
- When reducing flextime, the preview takes into account the specific day length rather than the weekly average value.
