Support office hours and Sandbox

In our office hours you now have the opportunity to discuss general software questions directly with a consultant, without an appointment or ticket. Every Tuesday from 2 pm to 3 pm.

Also use the new Sandbox to run through simple processes in a test environment.

The new Outlook Add-In: More than just an update

The Outlook Add-In has been improved! Add emails to existing tickets as transactions, use the function in shared mailboxes and folders, send larger attachments, discover the clearer channel view and freely select ticket owners!

New features

  • Next Steps. A new module for simple advance planning of future tasks
  • Percentage billing according to HOAI is now more convenient
  • Residual value billing of orders. A new billing mode simplifies the management of term items in existing orders

Improvements

  • E-invoices can now contain additional documents directly in the PDF
  • Leave requests now support two separate requests per day
  • My Projects has received a simpler default view and project tiles now display a description
  • Linked document positions are now displayed in more detail in project lists
  • The trend analysis column in project lists can now also show the planned capacity
  • Commissions can be recorded via the API
  • Capacity plan elements can now have their own colour marking
  • The value “Planned revenue” determined via capacity planning can now also be shown under “My Goals”

Bug fixes

  • Planned revenues are now correctly cumulated again
  • When overwriting a sick leave entry, no menu notification was triggered
  • Inherited email addresses could not be removed
  • Ticket templates did not set the sender defined in the template
  • Issues with editing workstation planning resolved
  • Project workflows sometimes displayed inherited statuses as inadmissible
  • Projects could be overbooked in certain situations using the multi-select “Move” function
  • The list of project transactions in the overview of the project detail manager did not include transactions from sub-projects
  • When entering a payment, the cash discount value was no longer available as a suggestion
  • The “Request holiday” dialog could be called up even when no holiday category was available for the logged-in user
