You can also create and process a task board independently of your project structure. You can also define the workflow for the status sequence individually. But the most important thing: handling is so simple that you can react directly to every change.
Sprint to success
A successful project is the result of many small intermediate goals. However, it is difficult to plan and view these in a classic work breakdown structure. With the Scrum software in projectfacts, however, you can do this very easily. Plan your sprints and simply drag and drop completed tasks to the next status. In this way, you approach your project success step by step and organize your project team quickly and sensibly. You can see your results after each sprint. This creates transparency and motivation.

About Scrum
Anyone who deals with project management will not be able to avoid the term “scrum”. The term “scrum” originally comes from the sport of rugby and means “scrum”.
The “scrum” from rugby can be transferred to the cooperation and organization of project teams. Team members meet regularly in groups, coordinate their efforts and work their way forward step by step. In the scrum method, this is understood to mean the so-called sprints.
Goals
The Scrum method aims to steer complex projects in a tangible, orderly manner. Scrum attempts to ensure both order and flexibility. Unlike traditional project methods, the requirements are by no means rigid, but are continuously adapted and reprioritized.
Application
The product backlog forms the basis of the Scrum process. This is where the defined requirements for the project are defined and prioritized. This task is performed by the product owner.
Based on the product backlog, individual, clearly defined tasks are transferred to the sprint backlog. These tasks are completed within a specified period of time – the sprint. It is important that the tasks in the sprint backlog cannot be adjusted or changed again.
Principles
The Scrum method has its origins in software development, but is now also used in other creative projects, especially in agencies. Unlike Kanban, Scrum is less suitable for so-called routine activities, but specializes in the transparent processing of complex projects.
