Key account

Key accounts are so-called key customers, i.e. important major and main customers. They are of great importance to the company because they are strategically important or have a high turnover and are therefore given preferential treatment.

The key account manager, i.e. a person in charge of the respective key customers, therefore has the goal of increasing the turnover of the respective customer through customer-oriented work. The customer is accompanied and advised throughout the entire process right from the start.

It is therefore important to cultivate the business relationship, establish trust and constantly optimize customer processes.
