projectfacts consists of many different modules. You can decide for single modules or all modules for one price. With projectfacts we provide you with everything you need to digitalize and optimize your entire business processes. It is up to you whether you use all functions or only a part of them.
The prices are valid for a period of one year. The notice period is 3 months.

With projectfacts, we set ourselves the goal of digitising your business processes in the best possible way. That's why we offer all customers a workshop that is entirely designed to make your company even more efficient. A projectfacts consultant analyses and improves your processes. In our standard and premium support package, one optimisation workshop is already included. Experience with a large number of satisfied customers shows: it's worth it - also for your company!

With projectfacts you do not only get a software and have to manage the rest on your own. Our consultants support you with the digitalization of your business processes. We have accompanied numerous companies on the way to digital processes and are happy to pass on our experience to you. Together we evaluate your workflows, develop strategies for the implementation of the processes in projectfacts and find the right solution for your requirements.
Configuration
projectfacts is an integrated system, which can map all processes in your company as you need them. On the basis of the consultation we set up the software for you: We integrate your workflows, create authorization models, define the ideal process steps and hand over to you an individual system with which you can start immediately. We are also happy to support you in the transfer of old or master data.
Training
In order that all employees in your company can use projectfacts in an optimal way, we develop an individual training concept for you. It ranges from the simple employee training up to the extensive admin training. We support you exactly where you need help: online and on your site.
Support
For all questions around projectfacts there is always a fixed contact person available to support you. No matter if it is about technical questions or if you wish a process consulting. In order to deepen your knowledge or to train new employees, we offer regular events and trainings.
