Knowledge management

The term knowledge management deals with the acquisition, development, transmission, protection and use of knowledge. This systematic acquisition of knowledge is an important factor in the success of a company. On the one hand, it is a component of quality management according to DIN ISO 9001, on the other hand, it also serves to accelerate innovations.

The knowledge management has the task to build up a knowledge database, to communicate it and to develop it further. This can be done effectively with modern collaboration tools.

The aim is to increase competitiveness. Trained specialists make information directly available in the company and innovations can be implemented faster.
