Sales opportunities

The sales opportunity represents a potential sales opportunity. By documenting various points within the sales phases, it can be recognised at an early stage whether a deal is imminent or whether even more effort would have to be invested.

For this purpose, all processes are documented, from the enquiry, to the possible order value, a probability of occurrence, an issued offer or the customer's letter of intent. The closer the sales phase gets to conclusion, the higher the sales opportunity.
