Integrations & Interfaces

projectfacts is the heart of your software landscape. Through open interfaces and ready-made integrations you connect the all-in-one solution seamlessly with the systems you use every day, from DATEV through Microsoft 365 to your bank.

One software for everything, and open to everything else

projectfacts combines project management, time tracking, CRM, invoicing, a ticket system and personnel management in one system. This alone replaces a large share of isolated point solutions. For the systems that should stay in your company, projectfacts offers ready-made integrations and open interfaces.

This way your data flows to where you need it, without duplicate maintenance, without media breaks and without manual exporting. Transfer accounting records to DATEV, synchronise calendars and contacts with Microsoft 365 or reconcile payments automatically with your bank. Everything projectfacts can connect to is listed on this page.

Frequently asked questions about integrations

Which systems can be integrated with projectfacts?
projectfacts offers ready-made integrations for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams), DATEV, a banking interface including SEPA direct debit, as well as connections for calendar (CalDAV), contacts (CardDAV), email (IMAP/SMTP), telephone systems (CTI), file storage (WebDAV), Power BI and CSV/Excel export. In addition there are e-invoices in the ZUGFeRD and XRechnung formats, Single Sign-On (SSO), user import from Active Directory / LDAP and time-tracking terminals. Through the open REST API, webhooks, an MCP server for AI assistants and our technology partners, further systems such as Jira or Personio can also be connected.
Does projectfacts support e-invoicing (ZUGFeRD and XRechnung)?
Yes. projectfacts creates, sends and receives electronic invoices in the ZUGFeRD and XRechnung formats. You can read more in our article Everything about e-invoices.
Can projectfacts be connected to AI assistants such as Claude?
Yes. projectfacts provides an MCP server (Model Context Protocol). Through this open standard you connect AI assistants such as Claude securely to projectfacts: the assistant can query data from the system and, within the rights granted, trigger actions in natural language, for example querying and creating projects, tasks or time entries.
What is the difference between an integration and an interface?
An interface (API) is the technical connection through which two systems exchange data. An integration is the ready-to-use connection of a specific system to projectfacts, for example the DATEV integration, which transfers accounting data without manual effort.
Does projectfacts have an open programming interface (API)?
Yes. projectfacts provides an open REST API. With it you connect individual applications, automate processes or exchange data with systems for which there is not yet a ready-made integration.
Is there an extra charge for using the interfaces?
Which integrations are included in your package and how the connection is set up is something we are happy to clarify in a free initial consultation. Simply get in touch through the contact form.
